About The Client:

Our client specializes in helping coaches, speakers, and influencers launch webinars and challenges that generate six-figure days. They achieve this through a collaborative process of funnel design, paid ads, and customized offer creation. As their company continues to grow, they are looking for a Tech Team Setup Member to join our team and play a critical role in supporting the technical setup of funnels, automation, and integrations for our clients.

Position Overview

The Tech Team Setup Member will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing funnels, managing email workflows, and ensuring seamless automation integrations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of funnel design, technical integrations (Zapier, APIs), and be comfortable working with a variety of platforms such as Go High Level (GHL), ClickFunnels, WordPress, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Zoom Webinars, and other relevant tools.

This individual will work closely with the Client Success Manager and must be able to meet deadlines efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable jumping on client calls to address technical concerns and provide support where needed.

Key Responsibilities

Funnel Design & Setup: 

• Build and optimize funnels for webinars and challenges using ClickFunnels, Go High Level (GHL) and other funnel-building tools.
• Ensure that all funnels are visually appealing, user-friendly, and conversion-optimized.
     

Automation & Integration: 

•  Set up workflows and automations using Zapier and other similar tools.
•  Integrate various platforms such as CRM, email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign), and webinar platforms (Zoom Webinars).

Email Campaign Setup:

• Build email campaigns and sequences that support the funnel journey, ensuring proper tagging and segmentation in tools like ActiveCampaign and Mailchimp.

Technical Troubleshooting:

• Act as the technical expert during client calls, helping troubleshoot funnel issues and providing technical support as needed.

Platform Expertise & Learning:

• Maintain proficiency in the platforms mentioned (Go High Level, ClickFunnels, WordPress, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Zoom Webinars).
• Be willing to learn and adapt to new platforms and tools as required by client needs.

Collaboration with Client Success Manager:

• Work closely with the Client Success Manager to ensure that client deliverables—especially challenge and webinar funnels—are built efficiently and meet all deadlines.

• Experience in funnel building and automation setups using platforms like Go High Level (GHL), ClickFunnels, and WordPress.
• Experience with email marketing tools such as ActiveCampaign and Mailchimp.
• Strong understanding of automation platforms like Zapier and the ability to integrate various tools seamlessly.
• Coding knowledge (HTML/CSS) 
• Experience working with webinar platforms such as Zoom Webinars.
• Proficiency in funnel design and optimization, ensuring high conversion rates.
• Design experience in creating visually appealing and functional funnels.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to jump on client calls and explain technical setups in a clear and friendly manner.
• Willingness to learn new platforms and stay up-to-date with technological changes.

Location: Remote  

Employment Type: Independent Contractor

Work Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week), 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST  

Reports to: Client Success Manager

Salary range: $900 - $1200 / per month
