We're looking for a Pain Management/Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician to become part of our growing practice in New York. This role is all about providing expert diagnosis and personalized treatment for patients in need of pain management. You'll have the opportunity to use a range of therapeutic techniques, ensuring the best possible care and outcomes for your patients.
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $400,000 per year (includes health insurance and paid malpractice insurance)
Key Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for both elective and urgent consultations.
- Provide evidence-based medical and interventional pain management.
- Perform fluoroscopy- or ultrasound-guided procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including paramedical clinicians and specialists, to optimize patient care.
- Maintain regular communication with the Medical Director and work closely with the Clinic Manager, Executive Team, and Patient Access Team.
- Keep up with continuing education and professional development requirements.
- Participate in team meetings, educational events, and clinic activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the clinic’s electronic medical record (EMR) system.

What You Need to Qualify:
- M.D. degree and Board Certification in Pain Management or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
- Open to new graduates
- Active New York State MD license or eligibility to obtain one
- DEA certification
- Preferred: In-network status with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurances
- Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
- Personable with a positive bedside manner
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both patients and staff
