Operations Development Representative

About HOKALI 

We seek an energetic and responsible Operations Development Representative to join our growing startup. In this position, you will be expected to contribute to the development of the Operations Process by booking meetings with decision-makers (Academies or private coaches). Working closely on the day to day with the operations management. 

Main Responsibilities 

● Identify and generate new partnerships with sports/enrichment academies or private coaches. 

● Lead generation: Send emails & make cold calls to potential partners and follow-up. 

● Monitor performance through operations tracking tools and report progress. 

● Onboarding of new coaches following up on quality and safety requirements. 

● Use customer relationship management (CRM) software for lead management and keep it updated. 

● Collaborate with the Operations Team to develop strategies for reaching operations targets. 

● Implement the operations process defined. Identify & suggest process improvements.

● Provide the operations team with data reports and contribute to updating sales operations. 

● Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments. 

● Bachelor's degree in Bs. Administration or similar areas.

● Advanced or native english skills both writing and speaking (mandatory)

● Excellent scrapping skills. 

● Experience using HubSpot or any CRM it´s a plus. 

● Self-motivated and with the ability of working independently and in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. 

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills together with the ability to negotiate and pay attention to detail. 

● Ability to multitask and prioritize optimizing time management and organizational skills. 

● Strong connection to sports it´s a plus. 

  • Hybrid Role Mon - Fri 12 or 1pm to 8 or 9pm .We attend on Tuesdays to a Co-Working in Vicente López.
