Your role at Hostinger

We’re looking for a senior People Business Partner. As part of Hostinger's People team, you'll be responsible for aligning business objectives with people matters and managing people-related projects across the organization. In this role, you’ll be a trusted and strategic advisor, mentor, coach, and change agent to senior leadership in the Finance, Revenue, and Business operations departments.

• Experience as an HR business partner (preferably in an IT company).
• Experience in managing C-level stakeholders. 
• Passion for leadership and continuous professional development in various Organizational Psychology topics.
• Open-mindedness and flexibility: an out-of-the-box approach to different mindsets, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to adapt to changing situations quickly.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work without supervision, including designing and managing various workflows or projects and facilitating sessions or workshops independently.
• Ability to spot details while connecting different points to find patterns and see the bigger picture.
• Courage and candidness - saying what you think even when it is uncomfortable.
• Must enjoy a fast-paced and continuously changing environment and be able to effectively handle multiple priorities simultaneously without continuous direction;
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• English skills (C1).

• Acting as a trusted partner to managers, providing advice and guidance on people-related matters, such as performance and talent management, employee relations, compensation, and organizational design.
• Mentoring and coaching managers to improve their leadership skills, including communication, delegation, employee engagement, and change management.
• Analyzing and identifying effectiveness bottlenecks across the organization and working with managers to develop solutions to address them.
• Analyzing people data and providing insights to inform business decisions and improve people outcomes.
• Partnering with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless candidate experience and support the hiring process for key roles.
• Leading or supporting various People Team projects that support Hostinger's culture and business objectives.
