As a Functional Consultant Undergraduate Trainee in Supply Chain, you will be introduced to the world of enterprise applications with a focus on logistics, procurement, inventory, and demand planning processes. You’ll assist in implementing and configuring IFS solutions that enhance supply chain operations for our clients. Working closely with experienced consultants and project stakeholders, you'll gain hands-on experience in delivering real-world ERP projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn foundational knowledge of IFS Supply Chain modules (e.g., procurement, inventory, order management).

• Support data gathering and documentation of client supply chain requirements.

• Assist in analyzing gaps between client processes and IFS capabilities.

• Contribute to solution configurations, testing, and training materials under guidance.

• Understand and apply IFS implementation methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, OSCA).

• Support the team in preparing reports, dashboards, and functional documentation.

• Participate in internal and client meetings to observe and contribute to discussions.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or IT.

• Interest in ERP systems and enterprise supply chain operations.

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills in English; local language is a plus.

• Willingness to learn and work in a collaborative environment.
