Innovaccer Analytics is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and create detailed job descriptions.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and other HR technologies to streamline the recruitment process.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to represent Innovaccer and attract talent.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends and improve the overall recruitment strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the analytics or tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of the hiring process and familiarity with various recruitment tools and technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset with a passion for finding and nurturing talent.
