We're seeking a dynamic and strategic Social Media Manager to join our growing Marketing Team at Interview Kickstart! In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our social media presence, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our tech-savvy audience. You'll develop and execute innovative social media strategies that not only boost our brand awareness but also generate quality leads and drive sales. We're looking for someone who can blend creativity with data-driven insights, staying ahead of social media trends while maintaining a keen focus on our business objectives.
Most importantly, we want someone who understands the power of social media in shaping perceptions and building communities. Your ability to engage authentically with our audience and turn followers into advocates will be crucial.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our brand voice and business goals.
- Content Creation and Curation: Develop engaging, platform-specific content that resonates with our tech-focused audience and drives engagement.
- Community Management: Monitor, listen, and respond to users across our social platforms, fostering a vibrant and supportive community.
- Campaign Management: Design, execute, and analyze social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, leads, and sales.
- Trend Analysis and Implementation: Stay abreast of the latest social media trends and integrate relevant ones into our strategies.
- Influencer Engagement: Identify and collaborate with influencers in the tech and education space to expand our reach and credibility.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of social media initiatives, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

What would excite us?
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5-8 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the tech or education sector.
- Proven track record of growing social media presence and driving engagement across multiple platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in social media analytics tools and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and content creation software.
- Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
