Education Sales Representative

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Education Sales Representative to join our team at iSchool. This role involves directly communicating with parents via calls and chat to guide them through our online coding programs for K-12 students. The ideal candidate will provide detailed course information, address concerns, and assist parents in completing the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Inbound & Outbound Calls: Speak with parents who have shown interest in our courses to provide information and answer questions.
  • Live Chat Support: Assist parents through online chat, addressing inquiries and guiding them through enrollment.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand parents' needs and recommend the best courses for their children.
  • Follow-Ups: Regularly follow up with parents to support decision-making and ensure successful enrollments.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, inquiries, and conversions in our system.
  • Customer Support & Retention: Build trust with parents, handle objections, and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Achieve Enrollment Targets: Work towards meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in sales or customer support, preferably in education or EdTech.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in Arabic and English.
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to handle objections and encourage enrollments.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, chat platforms, and online sales tools.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Patient, empathetic, and focused on helping parents make the right choice.
  • Availability: Willing to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends, to match parents' schedules.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2C sales, customer service, or education-related roles.
  • Familiarity with STEM education or coding programs is a plus.

  • Base salary + commission for successful enrollments.
