Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Director, Resource Management, as a Resource Executive, you will help guarantee the effective utilization of our Creative & Experience team to meet our goals. You will assist in developing workforce planning strategies, forecasting staffing needs, and optimizing resource allocation to improve operational efficiency. Collaborating with our capabilities, you will align workforce strategies with our goals, contribute to a positive work environment, and support the success of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Help develop and implement workforce planning strategies aligned with both short-term and long-term business goals.
  • Help the Resource Management team to identify, acquire, assess, and hire freelance candidates to fill open positions within a company.
  • Process documentation for freelance set-up to guarantee a steam-lined freelance experience.
  • Helping new freelance employees integrate into our organization.
  • Conduct regular assessments of staffing needs based on current and projected workloads, industry trends, and company growth.
  • Use data analytics and forecasting tools to support staffing predictions and improve resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with department managers, HR, and other team members to understand staffing requirements and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Help facilitate communication across departments to guarantee a unified approach to workforce planning.
  • Evaluate team capacities and suggest areas for improvement to ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Work with hiring managers to address skill gaps and explore up-skilling opportunities.
  • Adjust strategies as needed to meet changing business requirements.
  • Track and report workforce metrics to leadership, highlighting areas for improvement and talent risk management.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in workforce planning.
  • Continuously assess and improve workforce planning processes to adapt to evolving needs.
  • Support the global Resource Team in building a well-resourced, effective, and productive global team.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in workforce planning, capacity planning, or a related role within a digital marketing, advertising, or technology business.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Certinia, or similar software for resource and workforce management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting tools.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across teams and departments to optimize resources.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing processes and workflows, particularly within creative teams.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and practices.
