We’re looking for an Executive Assistant who’s highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. You’ll be central to keeping our schedules on track and ensuring everything runs smoothly, so a keen sense of responsibility and a touch of assertiveness is key!
💼 Schedule meetings and manage calendars
🙋 Manage interns, keep them on track, and handle interviewing and case study submissions
📋 Update and maintain the CRM
🔎 Research fun and interesting facts about new clients
✉️ Write and send cold-call emails
Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time role, and we’d love for you to have some overlap with Denver mornings (Mountain Time).
