In this role, you will work closely with our experienced General Manager to ensure smooth operations of the property. You'll have the chance to collaborate with dynamic coworkers and learn from skilled leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of front office operations, including guest service, brand standards, room availability, cost, Take charge of day-to-day hotel operations, including controls, profitability, and systems use
  • Act as a mentor and trainer, providing ongoing coaching and evaluation to team members. Assist with scheduling and conducting employee reviews
  • Consistently monitor and actively work towards improving guest satisfaction reviews and scores in collaboration with the General Manager
  • Ensure strict adherence to Marriott and Lafrance standards for quality and service
  • Exemplify exceptional guest service by promptly addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns
  • Supervise and oversee the housekeeping and laundry department, while also directly engaging in relevant responsibilities within that area

  • Prior brand hotel experience is strongly preferred. Marriott
  • We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1-3 years of hotel Front Desk experience or prior Property Management experience.
  • This position requires someone who is detail oriented with a strong emphasis on building and maintaining guest relationships.
  • The candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of our guests.
  • Fosse knowledge a PLUS,but not required.
