Hours: 8am - 4pm Mountain Standard Time
Hourly Wage: $6 - $10 (Open to negotiation based on experience)

Lago is seeking a talented and motivated Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our marketing department, you will be responsible for enhancing our online visibility and driving organic traffic to our website. In this role, you will develop and implement effective SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, and analyze performance data to improve search rankings. Your knowledge of search engine algorithms, trends, and best practices will be key to effectively optimizing our content and ensuring it reaches the right audience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO tactics, as well as technical SEO considerations. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will work collaboratively with content creators, web developers, and marketing professionals to ensure alignment with our overall business goals. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify valuable target keywords.
• Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
• Create and optimize high-quality content that aligns with SEO best practices and user intent.
• Collaborate with web developers to optimize website structure and improve technical SEO aspects.
• Stay up-to-date with search engine updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends.
• Report on SEO performance and key metrics to stakeholders and recommend action plans for improvement.

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role in digital marketing.
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
