Agile SharePoint Project Manager (Public Trust Clearance)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Agile SharePoint Project Manager with a strong background in Agile methodologies and SharePoint solutions, specifically within Federal/GovCon environments. The Agile SharePoint Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing SharePoint project implementations, ensuring alignment with government requirements, and driving Agile best practices to achieve project success. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. This is a fully remote 18 month contract and requires an active Public Trust.

• Lead SharePoint projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to Agile frameworks and methodologies.
• Collaborate with federal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure compliance with government regulations.
• Develop and manage project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Oversee SharePoint architecture, customization, and integrations to meet business needs.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ensure project documentation, reporting, and status updates are completed in accordance with federal standards.
• Support continuous process improvements and knowledge sharing within the project team.
