Our company is a leader in home exterior marketing, partnering with some of the largest brands in the industry to drive lead generation and business growth. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in Central Florida. This role requires in-office collaboration most days, with a hybrid component for flexibility.
What You’ll Do:- Develop & Execute Marketing Strategies: Plan and implement data-driven campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels to generate high-quality leads.
- Collaborate on Strategy: Work directly with the Director and CMO to shape the agency’s marketing approach and provide insights that drive decision-making.
- Leverage AI & Technology: Identify and integrate AI-driven solutions to improve marketing efficiency, performance, and automation.
- Build & Maintain Relationships: Engage with internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on brand goals.
- Innovate & Experiment: Continuously test new strategies, emerging trends, and creative approaches to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Analyze & Optimize: Monitor campaign performance, interpret data, and adjust strategies to maximize results.

Requirements: - 2+ years of marketing experience
- 2+ years of proven track record of developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, and traditional).
- Strong ability to analyze marketing performance metrics and make data-backed decisions to improve ROI.
- 2+ years of experience managing vendor partnerships such as videographers, designers, copyrights, etc.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, aligning marketing efforts with business objectives.
Preferred Requirements:- Background in home improvement, home services, or construction-related marketing.
- Experience using Power BI for data analysis
- Experience leveraging marketing automation, AI-driven tools, or CRM platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Google Ads, HubSpot, and/or other relevant marketing certifications.
- Experience with PPC, SEO strategy, and paid social campaigns.
- Bachelors degree
