What You Will Be Doing

Assist with the day-to-day management of financial transactions

Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies

Record and categorize financial transactions

Support the preparation of monthly financial reports

Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and internal policies

Process invoices, payments, and employee expenses

Track the approval processes of invoices

Manage accounting archiving processes

Manage bank transactions and reconciliations with third parties

Assist with the preparation of tax filings and audits

Support senior accountants with any other ad hoc tasks or projects

You’ll Be Great For This Role If

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP would be a plus)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
