Location: This role can be based in New York City, Chicago, or San Francisco
At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) is a multi-billion-dollar business for LinkedIn and one of the top three players in B2B digital advertising. It is growing nearly 3x faster than our category and has tremendous growth opportunities ahead (as measured by revenue). When organizations come to LMS, we help them reach and engage professional audiences at scale. We then help turn those audiences into communities and, ultimately, those communities into customers.
The Solutions Marketing team sits within the Integrated Marketing department. It serves as an industry expert who partners closely with our product, sales, marketing, and PR teams to build marketing communication strategies and the materials that get our product messages to the right people at the right time and scale. Our team is grounded in a culture of inclusivity, teamwork, and impact over output. We lean into the fun that comes from being a marketer and find ways to celebrate our wins and learn from our mistakes.
As a senior marketer on the team, your role is to create compelling positioning and foundational messaging for core solutions to shift customer perception and behavior. Through our work, we articulate the value of our solutions to our customers and the industry at large, demonstrating and proving how they solve their needs. This team is global and regionally agnostic - built to collaborate closely with field and customer marketing teams to customize for unique audience needs.
You will lead and drive multi-channel marketing programs (internally and externally through our owned and paid channels) to meet our long-term product goals. This includes developing cohesive category-level storytelling for our suite of solutions and effectively activating our product vision through full-funnel marketing tactics to make it commercially viable and grow our business.
The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller who can develop compelling narratives that connect LMS solutions to our customers' needs. You will have a deep understanding and expertise in media and advertising, with substantial experience working in ad tech. This role also requires strong organizational skills and cross-functional collaboration, as you will galvanize and lead internal marketing teams toward a shared goal.
