WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🌟:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Manager to oversee company-wide internal events that foster engagement and build a strong sense of community.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have experience planning large-scale events, and are passionate about creating memorable employee experiences, this role is for you. Strong project management skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be key to success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀:

Execution of large company-wide events:

  • Plan, organize, and oversee the execution of major company-wide internal events - Manychat birthday and Season holidays, ensuring every detail aligns with the company’s values and culture.
  • Drive project management for these events, from planning to execution.
  • Collect and analyze feedback through surveys to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Design team to lead decorations and branding for events, ensuring consistency with company themes.

All-Hands and other office activities:

  • Encourage in-office participation by driving attendance for key events.
  • Plan and execute smaller-scale team-building and engagement activities for different teams, ensuring alignment with company culture and goals.
  • Plan and execute smaller-scale events that support D&I and community initiatives.
  • Lead events execution in Spain and support teams in other locations to maintain consistent event standards.

Merchandise and swag:

  • Oversee the production, storage, and distribution of employee swag in collaboration with the Brand Design team.
  • Manage welcome packs, ensuring timely production, storage, and delivery for new hires.
  • Work with the Employer Brand team to supply merchandise for both internal and external (employer branding) events.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING 💥:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in event management fields.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and branding.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent English is required. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
