Our People Services Hub is the ‘engine room’ of HR, responsible for owning core people processes and serving as the first point of contact for day-to-day colleague queries. Our purpose is to deliver an exceptional and efficient service to colleagues throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
Having formed the HUB just 12 months ago, we have rapidly developed into a tight-knit team with high standards and even higher aspirations.
In this HR generalist role, we’re an ideal environment to nurture new talent. Recently, we’ve supported one of our colleagues to specialise in a specific area within HR, and as they transition into their new role, we have an exciting opportunity for you to step into the team and fill this gap.
So, what’s the role?
You will provide a seamless end-to-end employee experience, supporting colleagues through every stage of their employment. You’ll be the first point of contact for initial queries, offering advice on employee relations, benefits, policies, and more. You will also ensure that HR system records are accurately maintained and manage key processes such as onboarding and offboarding. Your role will require you to ensure compliance with employment regulations while working closely with other teams like Talent, L&D, Case & Advice, Reward, HR Information Systems, Payroll and Internal Comms, to drive smooth operations and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Above all, you’ll become a trusted colleague, ensuring HR is always easy to do business with.
