Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in Greek regarding home appliances.
• Provide detailed information about product specifications, usage, and maintenance.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and guide them through solutions.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex product issues effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product innovations to provide informed assistance.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to enhance products and service quality.

• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Previous experience in customer support, especially in retail or home appliances, is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Familiarity with customer service software and home appliance technologies is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
