Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in Norwegian via phone, email, and chat
• Provide assistance regarding our online search engine functionalities and services
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex inquiries
• Guide customers in optimizing their use of our search engine
• Collect customer feedback to inform service improvements
• Engage in training programs to stay updated on product offerings

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
