Monster Tree Service of Rochester is seeking a bright, career minded Customer Service & Sales Appointment Scheduler with strong communications and office skills to join our team. This is a work from home position that will interact with Monster’s customers and employees, providing business assistance and support. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow.   

• Assist the Owner with daily tasks such as scheduling and customer service.  
• Represent the Monster Tree Service brand by providing outstanding customer support, answering calls and scheduling estimates or service appointments.  
• Manage Sales Arborist's calendar.  
• Filing and maintenance of critical Customer information on estimates, invoices and receipts.  
• Maintain on-going phone, text and email communication with current and prospective customers.  

• Office experience in an administrative or customer service capacity helpful but will train the right person  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite   
• Experienced in Quick Books   
• Familiarity with the local area  
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills are essential  
• A problem solver with a keen eye for detail  
• Highly reliable and organized
