What you’ll be doing | Te whakamahere
We are looking for a passionate, smart, and truly customer-centric person with strong continuous improvement business analysis skills to join our team as Customer Way Advisor.
As Customer Way Advisor, you will be creating a great experience for NZTE customers by supporting the continuous improvement of the Customer Way and supporting our internal focus on operational excellence. You will develop fantastic relationships with other NZTE teams in New Zealand and internationally as you work collaboratively to really understand the users' needs and feed these back and develop real improvements to the processes, behaviours and tools we offer. You’ll also be upholding best practise and consistency in our processes, behaviours and tools. You'll be a real advocate for great customer data and understand the value this provides to the Customer, our One Global Team and NZTE.
What you’ll need to be successful | Ō Pūkenga
You will use your exceptional stakeholder focus and highly collaborative nature to balance multiple priorities and focus on delivering improvements that bring the best value to our customers. You'll have a deep understanding of customer needs and how The Customer Way allows our customer facing team to support businesses to grow and thrive. You will be curious and use enhanced research techniques to identify improvements, weak spots, and areas for further investigation for stakeholders.
Working with a variety of teams and functions, you will execute the Grow strategic initiatives identified during Refocus and capitalise on continuous improvement opportunities. You will use your active listening skills to understand current state, underlying causes of pain points and ideate with stakeholders’ alternative solutions paths that will lift our performance. We are seeking someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, can simplify the complex while driving towards clarity.
You’ll be an excellent oral and written communicator bringing simplicity and energy. You will be tech savvy, with a good grasp of CRM & excel, as well as good with numbers, and intuitively knowing what information and data is required to make great decisions.
We work at pace here, so energy is important as well as the confidence to hit the ground running and deal with ambiguity.
