About This Role:
The Reference Data Specialist is responsible for coding and validating data related to specific industries or product categories (e.g., Beverages, Food, Health, and Beauty Products). You’ll collaborate closely with teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and correct client deliverables.
The Reference Data Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring accurate product categorization and reference data management across assigned markets. This position focuses on handling retailer information, maintaining high-quality reference data, and delivering precise outputs that align with NIQ standards. Unlike roles in data science or analysis, this position emphasizes the organization, validation, and maintenance of product data, rather than performing advanced statistical or predictive analyses.
