Waterpark Greeter

The Waterpark Greeter will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. This role will be responsible for warmly greeting guests, verifying ID’s and guest passes, providing information about park amenities, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet and check-in all valid residents and guests at park entrances
  • Computer skills to validate resident access and guest passes
  • Carefully check bags and coolers for any and all contraband (i.e. glass, alcohol, cigarettes, etc.)
  • Answer any and all questions residents have about park rules

Position Requirements

  • Excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Must be punctual and reliable.

Physical Abilities

  • Able to stand for long periods of time.

Job Type: Part-Time, Seasonal position

Work Location: On-Site

Schedule:

  • Varied hours to include weekends, nights, and holidays as required Monday through Sunday
