You'll play a key role in scaling a PLG platform, with the freedom to experiment with tools, optimize campaigns, and fine-tune conversion rates to maximize customer value. What you will do:- Drive scalable growth through performance marketing to support the client’s PLG and content-led demand generation strategy, directly enhancing revenue and customer acquisition efficiency.
- Strong emphasis on US market expansion: Crucial for scaling client’s presence and driving sustainable growth in this key region.
- Manage paid channels: Oversee the setup, execution, and optimization of paid search and social platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn), to drive measurable ROI and lower CAC.
- Optimize top-to-mid funnel performance: Integrate traffic acquisition with CRO initiatives to enhance conversion rates and overall funnel efficiency.
- Data-driven optimization: Continuously analyze campaign performance to uncover trends, generate actionable insights, and refine strategies for improved efficiency and results.
- Continuous experimentation: Quickly test new and existing channels, transforming successful experiments into scalable acquisition strategies.
- Utilize reporting and insights: Generate regular and post-campaign reports, translating metrics into actionable recommendations to guide strategic decisions.
- Budget oversight: Maintain precise tracking and pacing to prevent over/under-spending while maximizing returns.
- AI and innovation: Leverage emerging AI tools to optimize campaign management, boost creative output, and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborative problem-solving: Partner cross-functionally with product, customer success, brand, and other stakeholders to develop high-impact creatives and campaigns while sharing insights for ongoing improvement.
Who you are:- Expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with a strong track record of successfully scaling campaigns.
- Proficient in performance analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong understanding of CRO principles, with experience optimizing conversion funnels and landing pages.
- Knowledge of key marketing metrics like CAC, ROI, and LTV, and their use in strategic decision-making.
- Familiarity with emerging AI tools and technologies for enhancing campaign management and creative optimization.
- Experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a focus on performance-driven growth strategies.
- Passionate about analyzing data and optimizing for growth.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, utilizing AI for marketing innovation.
