Programme Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Programme Manager to join our team. As a Programme Manager, you will oversee the delivery of projects across our diverse product portfolio.  You will ensure customer success by providing project assurance, governance, and strategic leadership to achieve outstanding business outcomes. 


This critical role is part of the regional leadership team reporting to the Regional Services Director and involves managing a high-performing team.


A day in your role:
  • Project Delivery Outcomes - Lead the delivery of projects using established Project Management Methodologies, and implement strong project controls and governance, ensuring successful outcomes across regional and global projects.
  • Team Management - Responsible for mentoring and training staff to ensure their professional development and growth, leading to higher workforce engagement.
  • Solution Design - Collaborate with Technical Consultants to architect solutions tailored to customer requirements. 
  • Sales Support - Partner with the sales team to assess opportunities to ensure  adequate capacity and capability within the team, and engage directly with customers to support service delivery and customer success initiatives.


Your skills, experience and beyond:
  • Strong project management expertise, including implementing methodologies and processes for large scale projects.
  • A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and emerging industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication skills to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset to build meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Analytical and strategic problem-solving skills to deliver impactful business outcomes.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide teams towards excellence.
