About the role:

As a Customer Success Associate your mission is to own and manage Ofload’s smaller accounts to scale our service with them and increase their digital adoption. You will also support the broader customer success team with ad hoc activities to drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What you’ll do:

  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of small to medium accounts (<$500k revenue).
  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop close relationships with customers to understand their broader business needs, industry context, and long-term vision.
  • Digital Adoption: Encourage and support customers in adopting digital solutions.
  • Client Advocacy: Act as a liaison between Ofload’s Shippers and internal teams, ensuring customer feedback and concerns are addressed efficiently.
  • Understanding Customer Needs: Identify customer pain points and ensure objectives are achieved.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Product teams to share customer feedback and address challenges.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to defining the CSA role and continuously improving internal processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Recent Graduate who is hungry to learn
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
