The House of Mercier is seeking a motivated Portuguese speaking Technical Support Customer Representative to join our dedicated customer service team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality technical assistance and support to our Portuguese-speaking customers. Your responsibilities will involve troubleshooting issues, providing clear guidance on our products, and ensuring that each customer interaction is both helpful and pleasant. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional technical support in Portuguese through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues effectively, providing timely solutions.
• Educate customers on product features and best practices to enhance their experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions within our support systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex inquiries efficiently.
• Participate in training sessions to remain knowledgeable about new product features and updates.
• Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and follow-up.

• Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
