The Job


We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Program Delivery Manager, Backup Services to lead the management and delivery of our Backup Services product offering. This role will focus on building strong client relationships, driving operational efficiency, and evolving tools and platforms to support scaling our service delivery. With a balance of client-facing engagement and internal coordination, you will be instrumental in delivering seamless outcomes in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Build Strong Client Relationships
  • Foster trusted partnerships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
  • Proactively manage client expectations through clear and timely communication.
  • Ensure timely receipt and processing of operational materials for efficient onboarding and compliance.
  • Lead annual client meetings to discuss portfolio performance and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Craft and deliver sensitive communications, balancing diplomacy with achieving results.
Drive Operational Excellence
  • Oversee the execution of Backup Services to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Deliver annual client-facing reports, combining standardized and customized insights derived from client engagement and data analysis.
  • Analyze performance data to uncover actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Enhance tools, systems, and processes to support scalable service delivery across large asset portfolios.
Coordinate Program Management
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Product, Sales, Operations, and Engineering to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM systems like Salesforce for seamless tracking and reporting.
  • Develop scalable frameworks to standardize service delivery and increase operational efficiency

Experience You’ll Need
  • 4+ years of experience in client success, program management, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver results in complex environments.
  • Expertise in project management tools and data analysis platforms like Salesforce and Excel.


Experience That's a Plus
  • Experience in multiple relevant functions (client success, product, operations etc)
  • Experience scaling operational systems for large asset portfolios.
  • Familiarity with solar asset operations, performance management, or project finance.
  • Background in client-facing report creation and data visualization.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements within asset management.
  • Proficiency in tools or frameworks that support operational efficiency and scalability.
