Our client is a technology platform that "pairs" brands to the right creators for social media campaigns, directly enabling brand-to-creator collaboration.
Role Overview:
In this role, You’ll be overseeing an international team working on a global project for a B2C client. This role is remote and will require you to work cross-functionally with our HQ and global team within international time zones.
Note: This is a short term role from Feb to May 2025 with 40 hours/week requirement
Key Responsibilities:
- Organization and Prioritizing: Work with HQ to ensure that priorities are being met and messaged to global team. Organize the team and the work flow so that deadlines are met.
- Management: Keep the team’s efforts and deliverables on track and on schedule.
- Monitor, Measuring, and Reporting: Daily, weekly and monthly monitoring, measuring and reporting to HQ so that HQ and client are aware of current project status. This includes tracking team members toward their respective goals.
- Client-Facing Meetings & Team Representation: Attend regular (3-5x per week) standups with HQ and client to communicate goal progress, challenges, and next steps to ensure alignment and proactive problem-solving.
- Communication: Overly communicative with HQ team so that blockers and challenges are met with proactive energy rather than reactive verve.
- Resource Allocation: Awareness of current team resources as it pertains to work load related to deadlines and goals; ability to re-allocate resources should there be a need once discussed and approved by HQ.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the global team’s work is up to HQ and client standards.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of project management, preferably with some international experience.
- Writing Skills: Ability to write client- and consumer-facing collateral.
- Time Management: You are highly organized and have the ability to prioritize what is important, understand that HQ is based in Los Angeles and you may be working across international time zones.
- Platform Expertise: You have a thorough understanding and are a user of major search and social platforms (Bing, Facebook, Google, Instagram, Line, Pinterest, Snap, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, and others) as well as travel aggregators.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: You can manage a team in a fast-moving environment.
- Availability: This is a contract position for 4 months, with the possibility to extend the contract one more month.
