You will play a crucial role in taking the channel to new heights by enhancing its brand visibility and engagement across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the YouTube channel, including planning, production, and publishing of videos.
• Create and implement social media strategies to promote video content across various platforms.
• Analyze performance metrics to inform content creation and social media campaigns, optimizing for audience growth and engagement.
• Develop creative concepts and scripts for videos that align with the channel’s brand and target audience.
• Engage with viewers in the comments section, responding to inquiries and fostering a sense of community.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, YouTube algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure maximum effectiveness.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and other content creators to produce high-quality visual assets for videos and promotional posts.
• Monitor competitors and identify opportunities for unique content that taps into trending topics within the niche.
• Oversee the scheduling of content releases to maximize reach and impact.

• Demonstrated experience as a YouTube Manager or Social Media Manager, accompanied by a robust portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the YouTube platform, encompassing algorithms, SEO, and effective growth strategies.
• Proficient in creative video editing with experience in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
• Excellent communication skills with a talent for engaging and expanding an online community.
• Skilled in using social media management and analytics tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite.
• Assist in enhancing channel viewership
  - Optimize titles, thumbnails, SEO, and descriptions.
• - Experience in scaling YouTube channels
  - We provide the vision, while the YouTube manager collaborates with the editor to execute it.
• - Proficiency in thumbnail editing is essential, while additional graphic design skills are an advantage.
  - Schedule image and text posts on Instagram as well.
  - Perform other administrative tasks related to syncing social media accounts.
