As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in providing top-tier support to Polish-speaking clients. Your role will involve addressing inquiries related to our innovative VR & AR products, assisting users in enhancing their experience, and ensuring their feedback is integrated into our services.


Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer support to Polish-speaking clients through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Address customer inquiries related to Virtual Reality & Augmented Reality products, features, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Assist users with setup processes and provide clear instructions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and provide insights for service improvement.
  • Work closely with VR & AR development teams to communicate customer needs and concerns effectively.
  • Keep up to date with industry advancements to provide knowledgeable support.
  • Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your Cover Letter and/or C.V.
  • Fluency in Polish and English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills with a genuine interest in technology.
  • Excellent communication abilities and a positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
  • Able to troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions.
  • Willingness to learn about new technologies in the VR & AR sector.
  • A collaborative mindset and readiness to thrive in a dynamic environment.
