Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to digital marketing and SEO solutions.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.
• Document customer interactions accurately to support service improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and effective service delivery.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on digital marketing best practices and solutions.
