Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking users via various communication channels.
• Assist clients with technical questions, inquiries, and feedback concerning online educational products.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions.
• Document customer interactions accurately to improve overall service quality.
• Collaborate with the education team to enhance user satisfaction and experience.
• Engage in training sessions to stay updated on products and customer service techniques.

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is required. Please ensure that your nationality and native language are clearly stated.
• Strong interest in online education and technology.
• Experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to approach problems with patience and empathy.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
