Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in German for inquiries related to grocery delivery services.
• Assist customers with order placements and modifications.
• Answer questions regarding products, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Document customer interactions and track issues to help improve service quality.
• Collaborate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Stay informed about new products and promotions to communicate with customers effectively.

• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Customer service experience, preferably in the grocery or retail sector.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and orders efficiently.
• Familiarity with customer service software or tools is advantageous.
