Italian Speaking Financial Services Support Agent - Athens (Remote in Greece)

This role is based in Athens, Greece, with the option to work remotely from anywhere within Greece. We are looking for passionate individuals who can engage effectively with Italian-speaking clients and provide unparalleled support in the financial services field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch customer service to Italian-speaking clients, handling inquiries related to financial services and products through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with questions regarding their accounts, transactions, and financial products to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
• Provide clients with detailed information and guidance on financial service options, addressing their needs clearly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and issues in our CRM software.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex client queries efficiently.
• Collect customer feedback to enhance service delivery methods.
• Follow all relevant industry regulations and company policies in all client interactions.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both verbal and written.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in the financial services sector, is preferred.
• A solid understanding of financial products and services would be beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
