Responsibilities

• Analyze social media metrics to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients.
• Monitor trends in audience engagement and performance across multiple social media channels.
• Create detailed reports and presentations that summarize findings and propose improvements based on data analysis.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement data-driven social media strategies.
• Utilize analytical tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in social media and data analytics.
• Assist in planning and executing impactful social media campaigns driven by data insights.

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, especially in social media or digital marketing environments.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their analytical tools.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio).
• Strong communication skills, particularly in articulating data findings to stakeholders.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
