Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various platforms including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding telecommunications products and services, helping them understand their options.
• Handle billing questions, service issues, and technical support requests effectively and efficiently.
• Document all customer interactions accurately to ensure ongoing service improvement and compliance.
• Work closely with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to customer problems.
• Stay informed about the latest telecommunications products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective support.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the telecommunications sector, is a strong plus.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
