Spanish Speaking Airline Customer Service Specialist - Athens (Remote in Greece)

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the travel industry and committed to delivering exceptional service to Spanish-speaking airline customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking airline passengers through phone, email, and chat communication.
• Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and all inquiries regarding airline services.
• Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Stay informed about current airline policies, procedures, and travel regulations to provide accurate support.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping and reporting.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
• Prior experience in customer service, especially within the airline or travel industry, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to effectively handle inquiries and resolve customer complaints.
• Familiarity with customer service software and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• A passion for the travel industry and commitment to providing excellent customer experiences.
