This position is based in Athens, Greece, with the option for remote work, allowing candidates from all over Greece to apply. Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with inquiries about their bank accounts, transactions, and available banking products and services.
• Provide clear and effective guidance to customers regarding banking processes to help them make informed decisions.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for quality tracking.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any complex banking issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies during all client communications.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly within the banking or financial services sector.
• Knowledge of banking products and services is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to handle confidential customer information with professionalism.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
