German Speaking Customer Support for Transportation Services Department

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in German.
• Handle inquiries related to transportation services and assist with booking processes.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Educate customers about transportation options and guide them through service offerings.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with the transportation team to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of transportation services or industry experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with customer service software tools is beneficial.
