Responsibilities

• Engage with clients in Spanish to assess their ticketing needs and provide tailored advice on event services.
• Support clients in utilizing online ticketing platforms to streamline their event processes.
• Analyze client requirements and deliver customized solutions to enhance their event outcomes.
• Provide training and ongoing support to clients regarding best practices in ticketing and event management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client expectations.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in online ticketing and event management.

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Strong understanding of online ticketing systems and event management processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Prior experience in customer service, consulting, or event management is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data effectively.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
