Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels including email, chat, and phone.
- Address and resolve client inquiries efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service delivery and share insights.
- Document client interactions accurately and maintain records in our CRM system.
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand our services and tools.
- Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their overall experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to remain informed about product updates and best practices.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
- Experience in customer support or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer empathy and care.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is an advantage.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a passion for helping clients.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
