Responsibilities

• Monitor social media platforms for user-generated content, ensuring strict adherence to community standards.
• Engage with users by responding to comments and messages, fostering a friendly and inclusive online environment.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content in accordance with established moderation policies.
• Collaborate with the moderation team to develop effective content moderation strategies.
• Analyze engagement metrics and user feedback to continuously improve moderation practices.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in social media and community management practices.

• Fluency in Dutch is required; proficiency in English is also necessary.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Experience in content moderation or a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their community guidelines.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
• Familiarity with content management systems and moderation tools is a plus.
