Responsibilities

• Communicate important flight information, updates, and policies clearly to customers.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions.

• Stay informed about airline services, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate assistance.

• Fluency in Italian is required; proficiency in English is also essential.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with airline booking systems and customer management software is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
