Danish Speaking Emergency Roadside Assistance - Remote in Greece

We are focused on connecting skilled professionals with roles that leverage their language expertise while providing essential customer support. In this position, you will assist Danish-speaking clients who encounter roadside emergencies, using your communication and problem-solving skills to deliver prompt and effective assistance regardless of your geographical location. Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for Danish-speaking customers in urgent need of roadside assistance.
• Assess emergency requests to determine appropriate action and resources required.
• Ensure continuous and clear communication with clients throughout the assistance process.
• Coordinate with local service providers to facilitate quick and efficient aid.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and client interactions for quality assurance.
• Engage in initiatives to enhance service quality and improve customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in Danish and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or emergency response roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for successful client interactions.
• Able to work effectively in high-pressure situations while managing multiple tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Familiarity with roadside assistance procedures or automotive knowledge is advantageous.
