Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is thrilled to present an opportunity for a Danish Speaking Emergency Roadside Assistance Coordinator to join our remote team based in Greece. We are focused on connecting skilled professionals with roles that leverage their language expertise while providing essential customer support. In this position, you will assist Danish-speaking clients who encounter roadside emergencies, using your communication and problem-solving skills to deliver prompt and effective assistance regardless of your geographical location. Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for Danish-speaking customers in urgent need of roadside assistance.
  • Assess emergency requests to determine appropriate action and resources required.
  • Ensure continuous and clear communication with clients throughout the assistance process.
  • Coordinate with local service providers to facilitate quick and efficient aid.
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests and client interactions for quality assurance.
  • Engage in initiatives to enhance service quality and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Fluency in Danish and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or emergency response roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for successful client interactions.
  • Able to work effectively in high-pressure situations while managing multiple tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with roadside assistance procedures or automotive knowledge is advantageous.

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
