In this key role, you will act as an ambassador for our client, providing exceptional support to German-speaking customers who utilize fitness technology products. This is a unique opportunity to work from the comfort of your home while assisting clients with their inquiries, resolving any issues, and ensuring a seamless experience on their fitness journeys. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking users through phone, email, and chat for fitness technology inquiries.
• Respond to customer questions, troubleshoot technical issues, and support effective use of fitness apps and devices.
• Accurately record customer interactions and feedback to contribute to service improvement.
• Work with team colleagues to identify trends and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and best practices in fitness technology.
• Offer customer training to maximize the benefits of fitness technology.

• Fluency in German and a functional command of English.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field, ideally within the technology or fitness industry.
• Strong enthusiasm for fitness and familiarity with fitness technologies, gadgets, and applications.
• Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-oriented with a commitment to creating an excellent experience for users.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment while being part of a team.
• Willingness to be flexible with work hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
