Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent technical support to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
• Diagnose and triage hardware and software issues efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through outstanding service delivery.
• Accurately document all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Assist clients with software installations, setups, and technical configurations.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Provide training and information on product features to enhance client experiences.

• Fluency in German and a strong command of English.
• Previous experience in IT support or a similar technical role is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently remotely while also collaborating as part of a team.
• Familiarity with operating systems, applications, and remote support tools.
• Experience in technology sectors, particularly finance or telecommunications, is a plus.
