Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical support to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and efficient service.
• Document all support interactions and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
• Assist clients with software installations, configurations, and updates.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate and solve complex technical challenges.
• Provide training and information on product features to enhance client experiences.

• Fluent in French and a strong command of English.
• Previous experience in IT support or a similar technical role is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently within a remote setting and collaboratively as a team.
• Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and remote support tools.
• Experience in technology-related sectors such as e-commerce or finance is advantageous.
