Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch customer service to airline passengers in Nordic languages.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding bookings, cancellations, and travel-related issues.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints with a focus on positive outcomes.
• Provide essential flight information, updates, and policies clearly to customers.
• Maintain organized documentation of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members remotely to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay knowledgeable about airline offerings, industry changes, and best practices.

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) is required; proficiency in English is also necessary.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the airline or travel industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with airline booking systems and customer service software is a plus.
